Job Summary

Owning and growing relationships with a portfolio of distributor clients, the full-time Distributor Insights Manager will deliver strategic insights, enhance client retention, and drive value creation through actionable data analysis and relationship management, working both remotely and onsite in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver strategic analyses and insights leveraging SPINS assets to drive client value and growth
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of distributor clients, focusing on relationship management and contract renewals
  • Partner with distributor executives to identify growth opportunities and advise on strategies to enhance retailer and brand relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in CPG, retail analytics, insights, customer success, or account management
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior-level client stakeholders
  • Prior experience with syndicated data sources such as Circana, NielsenIQ, or similar
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
