- Take product orders, research customer account charges and credits, and handle complaint resolutions
- Represent the company professionally through quality phone conversations and written correspondence
Required Qualifications

- Superior follow-up and cross-functional skills
- Able to adapt and prioritize work to support customers
- Willingness to continuously improve personal skill sets through training
- Experience with internal systems such as AS400, Web, or Salesforce is preferred
