Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Asset Protection Manager for the South UK region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Asset Protection strategy across multiple stores, ensuring alignment with company priorities
• Recruit, develop, and mentor Asset Protection Agents and Investigators to enhance operational standards and safety culture
• Manage investigations into theft and operational integrity concerns while ensuring compliance with audit programs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the Asset Protection field, including a supervisory role
• Must be Wicklander-Zulawski trained in interviewing
• Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on company guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams remotely
• Working knowledge of Asset Protection resources, including case management systems and data analysis
