District Asset Protection Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Asset Protection Manager for the South UK region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Asset Protection strategy across multiple stores, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Asset Protection Agents and Investigators, providing mentorship and career development support
• Conduct investigations into theft and operational integrity concerns, ensuring high-quality documentation and follow-through

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the Asset Protection field, including a supervisory role
• Ability to lead teams remotely and foster strong business partnerships
• Wicklander-Zulawski interview qualification is desirable
• Working knowledge of Asset Protection resources, including case management systems and data analysis
• Availability to work nights, evenings, and weekends as needed for retail operations
