Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Midwest).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the success of strategic partner school districts from onboarding to renewal
  • Identify growth opportunities and engage in strategic conversations to expand resource adoption
  • Develop expertise in products to provide exceptional support and maintain communication with educational leaders
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or account management in K-12 education
  • Proven experience in advocating for customer needs and identifying value-based opportunities
  • Knowledge of the K-12 landscape, including curriculum and educational trends
  • Experience with software implementations in K-12 settings
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, for pipeline management and forecasting
