District Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Development Manager to grow the tire and retreading business within their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with dealer and truck stop customers within the territory
• Make daily fleet sales calls and train on Bridgestone Fleet Care Solutions
• Monitor dealer inventory levels and forecast future orders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• Ability to cultivate relationships with priority target fleet customers
• Experience in business planning and tracking growth targets
• Knowledge of competitive market intelligence collection
• Familiarity with pricing and marketing collaboration
