District Development Representative

Job Summary

To support outreach for the Learning Blade product line, the full-time District Development Representative will engage with educators and district leaders, collaborating with State Managers to enhance program adoption and implementation across schools while managing outreach efforts remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and effectively communicate the Learning Blade value story and messaging
• Research schools and districts to align Learning Blade resources with their career exploration and STEM initiatives
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage district outreach and track engagement activities

Required qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. Degree
• Previous prospecting, sales, and/or teaching experience required
• Candidates with teaching backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply
• Track record of success in academic, athletic, or professional settings
• High degree of personal and professional integrity with a growth mindset
