Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach General Managers to enhance customer and employee experiences, operational excellence, and sales growth
• Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive work environment
• Analyze product performance and implement merchandising strategies across the district

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume business leadership experience preferred
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to travel overnight and between stores as needed
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
