Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of stores and coach General Managers to enhance customer and employee experiences
• Attract, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team to achieve business goals
• Monitor store performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume business leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to travel overnight and between stores as needed
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
