District Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores and lead a team of General Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team to achieve business goals
• Monitor performance and ensure consistent results across all initiatives
• Lead effective store visits and develop district merchandising plans based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume business leadership experience preferred
• Flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Ability to travel overnight and/or between stores as required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
