Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time District Manager will oversee sales and field operations, develop business strategies to enhance market share and profitability, and collaborate with senior leadership and teams across multiple locations in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and establish annual and monthly sales objectives aligned with the company's business plan
- Create and implement sales strategies based on customer feedback and market analysis
- Assess team productivity and implement training programs to ensure high performance levels
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology; advanced degree preferred
- Ten to fifteen years of sales and operations experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
- Five years of experience leading and directing senior account managers
- Proven experience in supporting business growth and change as part of a leadership team
- Typically requires 7+ years of experience in a related field
