District Manager

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency and financial performance, the full-time District Manager will oversee multiple veterinary hospitals in the greater Atlanta, GA or Charleston, SC metropolitan area, acting as a liaison between corporate leadership and hospital teams while driving high-quality care and service.

Key responsibilities

• Owning P&L and KPI performance to ensure hospitals meet financial and operational targets
• Mentoring Operations Managers to develop effective leadership within each hospital
• Collaborating with Partner Veterinarians to grow and operate their hospitals efficiently

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a veterinary multi-unit/clinic operations or leadership role
• Deep understanding of veterinary hospital operations and KPI improvement strategies
• Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in reading and interpreting P&L statements
• High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse stakeholders effectively
