District Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time District Manager will guide branch leaders in achieving strong sales, operational, customer, and financial results while ensuring the adoption of corporate initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop branch leadership capability and talent pipelines through effective coaching and performance management
• Maintain key customer relationships and set standards for customer experience across the district
• Oversee district P&L performance by analyzing operational metrics and holding branch leaders accountable for results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology; advanced degree preferred
• Ten to fifteen years of sales and operations experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
• Five or more years of experience leading site-level operations and sales leaders
• Proven experience in supporting business growth and change as part of a leadership team
• Typically requires 7+ years of experience in a related field
