Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team of Account Executives, the full-time District Manager, SLED for the Southeast region will drive district performance, build talent, and optimize operational rigor while working remotely from Florida or North Carolina.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver predictable business results by maintaining a robust pipeline and ensuring team members meet booking goals
- Own the talent lifecycle, from recruiting top-tier Account Executives to providing continuous coaching aligned with company values
- Manage team KPIs with precision, focusing on forecast accuracy and territory planning for scalable growth
Required qualifications
- Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams within the IT infrastructure or storage industry, particularly in the SLED market
- Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and coordinating cross-functional resources for public sector contracts
- Deep understanding of procurement and funding requirements in State, Local, and Education departments
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools for data-driven decision-making and revenue forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with a history of building trust at the executive level
