Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Manager to lead sales and operations in the Austin, TX area.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales and operational KPIs for the district
• Analyze market intelligence and develop sales strategies to increase revenue
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Market Managers and Field Sales Managers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6-8 years of related experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prior experience in sales generation and marketing methodologies
• Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Prior experience managing a team
• Experience in the telecommunications industry preferred
