Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) to conduct remote psychosocial assessments for adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial psychosocial assessments on new patients
• Collaborate with the Facility Treatment Team to provide continuity of care
• Document assessments and maintain electronic health records

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Clinical License (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) in District of Columbia
• Comfortable with technology and distance-based management of patients
• Experience using the Behavior and Symptoms Identification Scale (BASIS-32) assessment tool preferred
• Experience working with Substance Abuse and Chemical Dependency is a plus
• Experience working with involuntary placement status is a plus
