Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Office Coordinator for the Retirement Services Education Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President and department management, including correspondence and presentations
  • Manage the Vice President's schedule, travel arrangements, and expense reports
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the division office, including compliance files and administrative tasks for the advisor team
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • High degree of confidentiality required
