Job Summary
A company is looking for a District Office Coordinator for the Retirement Services Education Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President and department management, including correspondence and presentations
- Manage the Vice President's schedule, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the division office, including compliance files and administrative tasks for the advisor team
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- High degree of confidentiality required
