Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Manager, P&HS, NA, Midwest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales plans, activities, and campaigns for the assigned geography and product line
  • Negotiate sales with strategically important customers and manage new customer and market development
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor performance, and adapt resources to improve district performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in the pulp & paper industry in chemical sales
  • Proven leadership experience with data analysis for sales reporting
  • Experience leading a group of sales professionals is preferred
