District Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Success Manager for Khan Kids.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive successful district implementations throughout the relationship lifecycle, including onboarding and account renewal preparation
• Design and deliver professional learning experiences tailored to PK-2 educators
• Track usage metrics and develop adoption plans to enhance teacher and student engagement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer success, account management, or education-focused customer support experience
• Deep understanding of teachers and school districts, with a passion for education
• Experience in project management and ability to manage multiple school district accounts efficiently
• Familiarity with school and district technology ecosystems
• Experience as an elementary teacher and/or elementary administrator is strongly preferred
