Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Vice President for Majors Markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directs and leads all sales activities within the assigned territory, focusing on revenue generation and achieving sales quotas
  • Recruits, trains, and develops a skilled sales team while managing performance and ensuring adherence to company values
  • Provides management information such as forecasting and budgeting, and supports direct reports in deal strategy and contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of selling cloud HCM software and complex technology-related solutions
  • Proven ability to execute business objectives and establish C-level relationships
  • Valid driver's license
