Job Summary
A company is looking for a District Vice President for Majors Markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Directs and leads all sales activities within the assigned territory, focusing on revenue generation and achieving sales quotas
- Recruits, trains, and develops a skilled sales team while managing performance and ensuring adherence to company values
- Provides management information such as forecasting and budgeting, and supports direct reports in deal strategy and contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of selling cloud HCM software and complex technology-related solutions
- Proven ability to execute business objectives and establish C-level relationships
- Valid driver's license
