Job Summary
Leading a team of Sales Representatives and Account Executives, the full-time salaried District Vice President of Sales will drive revenue growth and oversee financial performance while implementing strategic initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture within the U.S. Majors Markets.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and lead all sales activities in the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of sales quotas and effective sales management processes
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team while setting clear performance expectations and analyzing metrics for improvement
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with high-value clients and provide accurate forecasting and management reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 10+ years of sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of and experience selling cloud HCM software
- Proven success in selling complex technology solutions and executing business objectives
- Valid driver's license
