Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Designer (Diversity and Belonging).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage 1-2 D&B workstreams, producing deliverables and reporting outcomes
- Translate D&B insights into business language for stakeholders and connect equity data to employee experience metrics
- Produce usable blueprints and toolkits for Talent Partners and leaders, ensuring solutions can be executed independently
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in D&B, HR strategy, or organizational effectiveness
- Deep equity expertise with the ability to diagnose systemic root causes and design interventions
- Experience in producing scalable solutions that are adopted without ongoing involvement
- Data fluency, including setting baselines, defining metrics, and measuring outcomes
- Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine curiosity about their application in D&B work
