Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Designer (Diversity and Belonging).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage 1-2 D&B workstreams, producing deliverables and reporting outcomes
  • Translate D&B insights into business language for stakeholders and connect equity data to employee experience metrics
  • Produce usable blueprints and toolkits for Talent Partners and leaders, ensuring solutions can be executed independently
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in D&B, HR strategy, or organizational effectiveness
  • Deep equity expertise with the ability to diagnose systemic root causes and design interventions
  • Experience in producing scalable solutions that are adopted without ongoing involvement
  • Data fluency, including setting baselines, defining metrics, and measuring outcomes
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine curiosity about their application in D&B work
