- Partner with various teams to embed equity and inclusion into talent planning and organizational health programs
- Measure and report on DEI progress, leveraging data to drive accountability across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in DEI, organizational development, or talent strategy
- Deep fluency in data and systems for measuring impact
- Experience in tech or high-growth environments
- Ability to influence without authority and coach senior leaders
- Experience supporting Affinity Groups or employee-led communities
