Job Summary

A company is looking for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and evolve the DEI strategy across the employee experience, ensuring it is integrated and outcomes-driven
• Partner with various teams to embed equity and inclusion into talent planning and organizational health programs
• Measure and report on DEI progress, leveraging data to drive accountability across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DEI, organizational development, or talent strategy
• Deep fluency in data and systems for measuring impact
• Experience in tech or high-growth environments
• Ability to influence without authority and coach senior leaders
• Experience supporting Affinity Groups or employee-led communities
