Key Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders to develop diversity recruiting strategies
Analyze data to identify trends and insights for effective solutions
Implement inclusive hiring practices and provide training to hiring teams

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or DE&I
5+ years of People and Project/Program Management experience
Strong understanding of DE&I Principles
Experience in managing external partnerships for talent pipelines
Expertise in DEI best practices and legal considerations
