Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop diversity recruiting strategies
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights for effective solutions
  • Implement inclusive hiring practices and provide training to hiring teams

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or DE&I
  • 5+ years of People and Project/Program Management experience
  • Strong understanding of DE&I Principles
  • Experience in managing external partnerships for talent pipelines
  • Expertise in DEI best practices and legal considerations
