Division Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Division Advisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analysis and advisory support to executive leadership, including data synthesis and performance reporting
• Manage operational excellence through process analysis and compliance tracking within the division
• Oversee budget management, vendor relationships, and cross-enterprise coordination to ensure alignment with strategic priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of experience in a business or healthcare environment, specifically in health insurance
• 2 years of project management experience in a large-scale, cross-functional environment
• Preferred: Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in executive-level support
• Preferred: Experience in budget management and vendor oversight
