Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Division Buyer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services, ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations
  • Utilize an inventory management system to process purchase orders and monitor stock levels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of Federal purchasing experience, including procurement file documentation for federal acquisitions
  • At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy in a high-volume environment
