Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Division Buyer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cradle-to-grave purchasing support by issuing RFQs, negotiating with vendors, and managing Purchase Order documentation
  • Utilize Deltek Costpoint to process purchase orders and monitor delivery and invoice status
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of purchasing experience
  • Knowledge of Federal procurement environment and FAR/DFAR requirements
  • Experience with procurement file documentation for federal acquisitions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
