Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Division Buyer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cradle-to-grave purchasing support by issuing RFQs, negotiating with vendors, and managing Purchase Order documentation
- Utilize Deltek Costpoint to process purchase orders and monitor delivery and invoice status
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of purchasing experience
- Knowledge of Federal procurement environment and FAR/DFAR requirements
- Experience with procurement file documentation for federal acquisitions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
