Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time D1 Golf Youth Mentor will provide one-on-one academic guidance and sports mentorship to student-athletes, utilizing Division I golf experience to foster their growth in both academics and athletics.

Key responsibilities

• Guide students through their academic day by keeping them focused and on task during video sessions
• Mentor athletes on training habits, competition mindset, and balancing academics with sports
• Communicate with parents and staff to provide updates on student performance and needs

Required qualifications

• Division I golf background with competitive experience
• Experience working with young people in coaching, tutoring, or similar roles
• Ability to earn trust and provide constructive feedback to young athletes
• Strong communication skills for effective one-on-one video sessions
• Reliable and organized, with a suitable remote setup for video sessions
