Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time D1 Gymnastics Youth Mentor will provide academic guidance and sports mentorship to student-athletes over video, leveraging Division I gymnastics experience to foster focus, training habits, and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Guide students through their academic day, ensuring focus and task completion during learning hours
• Mentor student-athletes on mental strategies, training habits, and balancing academics with sports
• Communicate with parents and staff, providing updates on student progress and needs

Required qualifications

• Division I gymnastics background with competitive experience
• Experience working with children in coaching, tutoring, or mentoring roles
• Ability to build trust and provide constructive feedback to young athletes
• Strong communication skills, particularly in a one-on-one video setting
• Reliable and organized, with a suitable remote work environment
