Division Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Division Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage Client Executives and Territory Managers
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and build a client base
• Train and develop direct reports while maintaining client records in CRM

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales leadership experience in the Credit Card Processing or Merchant Services industry
• 5 years of recent business-to-business cold calling and closing experience
• 3 years of experience managing direct reports
• 2 years of experience in recruiting and interviewing team members
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and proven track record in sales
