Job Summary

A company is looking for a Division Manager for the KS/NE region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Territory Managers to achieve business objectives
  • Plan and execute sales strategies and assess their effectiveness for continuous improvement
  • Coach and mentor Territory Managers to enhance their selling and professional skills
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in team management
  • Proven sales management skills with knowledge of the CPG retail environment
  • Strong motivation and management skills with hands-on coaching ability
  • Proficiency in sales technologies and software, such as SalesForce and Tableau
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, preferably in Business or a related field
