Job Summary
A company is looking for a Division Manager for the KS/NE region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Territory Managers to achieve business objectives
- Plan and execute sales strategies and assess their effectiveness for continuous improvement
- Coach and mentor Territory Managers to enhance their selling and professional skills
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in team management
- Proven sales management skills with knowledge of the CPG retail environment
- Strong motivation and management skills with hands-on coaching ability
- Proficiency in sales technologies and software, such as SalesForce and Tableau
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, preferably in Business or a related field
