Job Summary

To maximize sales opportunities in the Oregon and Washington territories, the full-time salaried Division Manager will lead a team of Territory Managers, executing sales strategies, driving distribution, and mentoring team members to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop high-performing Territory Managers to meet business objectives
  • Plan and execute sales strategies while assessing performance for continuous improvement
  • Coach and mentor team members on selling techniques and professional development
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in a management role
  • Proven sales management skills in the CPG retail environment
  • Experience using sales technologies such as SalesForce and Tableau
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Zoom
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, preferably in Business or a related field
