Division Order Analyst

Job Summary

To support ongoing ownership and revenue verification activities, the full-time remote Division Order Analyst will review and validate division orders, verify ownership interests, and collaborate with client stakeholders in the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and validate division orders for accuracy and completeness
• Verify ownership interests using title documents, leases, deeds, and probate records
• Calculate and confirm ownership and revenue interests while maintaining organized records

Required qualifications

• Prior experience as a Division Order Analyst, Title Analyst, Landman, or in a related oil & gas role
• Strong understanding of oil & gas ownership, title research, and division order processes
• Experience interpreting title documents, legal descriptions, and related materials
• Proficiency in calculating ownership and revenue interests
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
