Job Summary

To drive significant growth in the consulting division, the remote Division President, Business Development will independently prospect and close large-scale deals while expanding the multi-family business line and other real estate asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and close large-scale deals, leveraging an existing book of business
• Grow the division's multi-family business line and expand into additional real estate asset classes
• Effectively sell to C-level executives by focusing on ROI and portfolio value enhancement

Required qualifications

• Proven success in sales within the multi-family real estate sector
• Experience engaging with large owner portfolios across various asset classes
• Strong financial fluency, particularly in ROI and cap-rate uplift
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a remote work environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a "hunter" mentality and high accountability
