Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial close processes, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with internal controls
• Manage a finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
• 10-12 years of progressive finance experience, including 5 years in a senior finance leadership role
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and financial modeling
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing finance teams
• Experience with financial systems and advanced proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools
