Job Summary

Managing the dealer sales team for the eastern region of the US, the remote Divisional Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, supervise and mentor the sales team, and drive revenue growth through effective territory management and relationship building.

Key responsibilities
  • Develops and implements sales strategies to increase business and revenue growth
  • Mentors and develops the regional sales team while cultivating relationships with dealer management
  • Monitors sales team performance and provides feedback to the Vice President of Sales regarding development needs and market information
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of sales experience in the building materials industry, preferably in commercial and multi-family markets
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrable influencing and presentation skills
  • Experience in consultative selling and negotiation processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
