DLP Monitoring Senior Analyst
Job Summary
As a DLP Monitoring Senior Analyst, the hybrid role will focus on leading the monitoring and investigation of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) incidents, assessing data exfiltration risks, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance in protecting sensitive healthcare data.
Key responsibilities
- Lead monitoring and investigation of DLP incidents using Zscaler DLP and related security technologies
- Assess potential data exfiltration events and perform risk-based analysis to determine business impact
- Partner with Security, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and Business teams to coordinate incident response and support audits
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, Data Privacy, or Data Loss Prevention
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zscaler DLP or comparable DLP technologies
- Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Clinical Research environments
- Strong understanding of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, as well as GDPR regulations
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security technologies and cloud security fundamentals
