Job Summary

A company is looking for a DME Branch Operations Liaison to facilitate operational coordination between various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between sales teams, branch staff, and centralized operations
• Monitor referral pipelines and proactively resolve issues impacting order processing and documentation
• Track branch performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in DME, healthcare operations, or revenue cycle
• Strong understanding of referral, intake, and delivery workflows
• Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and resolve operational issues
• Experience with Medicare and commercial payer documentation standards is preferred
• Prior operations or sales support experience in DME or healthcare services is preferred
