DME Product Management Director

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the remote DME Product Management Director will manage cross-functional collaboration, develop business cases, and enhance product performance to improve patient outcomes and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Owner and leadership to align product strategy with organizational goals
• Drive solution development to enhance patient outcomes and customer loyalty while ensuring profitability
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify integration opportunities and execute roadmap initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive healthcare experience, including 3+ years in project management
• Specialized knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is required
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Tableau
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to interpret P&L results
• Proven leadership and stakeholder influence skills
