DME Referral Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DME Referral Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage DME referrals, ensuring timely communication and delivery of equipment
• Provide accurate pricing to the Billing Department and expand the list of DME providers
• Coordinate tasks with internal teams and maintain confidentiality of all data

Required Qualifications:

• Some college credit and/or experience in a related discipline
• Previous Workers' Compensation experience strongly preferred
• At least one year of related experience in healthcare and DME
• Previous DME and customer service experience in a call center preferred
• Proficient in computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
