Job Summary

A company is looking for a DME Referral Care Coordinator to manage the durable medical equipment referral process and ensure patient support.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage DME referrals, ensuring timely communication and authorization from payors
• Provide accurate pricing to the Billing Department and expand the list of DME providers
• Coordinate tasks with internal teams to ensure efficient information flow and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Some college credit and/or experience in a related discipline
• At least one year of related experience in healthcare, DME, insurance, or physician practice
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
• Compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance initiatives
• Proficiency in standard office equipment and software
