DME Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the performance of the Revenue Cycle Management department, the full-time remote DME Revenue Cycle Manager will manage clearinghouse rejections, denials, accounts receivable, and adjustments while driving process improvements and collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Revenue Cycle Management department focusing on performance metrics
• Manage relationships with teams and third-party vendors for effective rejections and denials management
• Conduct trending analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvements in the RCM process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of DME experience in a leadership position
• Expertise in DME products, including Oxygen, PAP, and Ventilators
• A minimum of 5 years in revenue cycle management, including billing and AR/denials management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn relevant software systems
