DMLSS Training Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Defense Health Agency (DHA), the full-time salaried DMLSS Training Project Manager will manage the planning, development, and execution of DMLSS LogiCole FM training programs and user access management activities remotely, ensuring training effectiveness and compliance with DHA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of training programs and metrics to meet DHA training requirements
• Deliver classroom, remote, and web-based training to personnel across various locations, coordinating with DHA stakeholders
• Develop and maintain educational materials and conduct evaluations to assess training effectiveness and user comprehension

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two to four years of DMLSS-FM experience
• Extensive knowledge of DMLSS/LogiCole FM modules and facility management processes
• Experience in developing and delivering enterprise-level training programs in various environments
• Strong skills in instructional design and curriculum development
• Knowledge of SharePoint administration and user account management
