DMLSS Training Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Defense Health Agency (DHA), the full-time salaried DMLSS Training Project Manager will oversee the development and execution of DMLSS LogiCole FM training programs and user access management activities, ensuring workforce readiness and training standardization in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the DMLSS/LogiCole FM Program Training Manager, developing and implementing training programs and metrics
• Deliver classroom, remote, and on-site training to government and contractor personnel in coordination with DHA stakeholders
• Conduct training site visits and provide operational guidance, ensuring effective training and documentation support for Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs)

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two to four years of DMLSS-FM experience
• Extensive knowledge of DMLSS/LogiCole FM modules and facility management processes
• Experience in developing and delivering enterprise-level training programs
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
• Knowledge of SharePoint administration and user account management
