Job Summary

A company is looking for a DMPK Scientist to contribute to drug discovery and development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a project DMPK scientist and advise teams on early ADMET profiling and lead candidate selection
  • Represent DMPK function on development teams to support preclinical and clinical assets
  • Contribute to in vitro DDI assessments and ensure timely availability of key data for IND enabling activities
Required Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in pharmaceutical science, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related discipline with over ten years of relevant DMPK experience
  • In-depth knowledge of DMPK science, including pharmacokinetics and drug-drug interactions
  • Experience in representing DMPK functions on discovery and development teams
  • Hands-on experience with PK analysis and modeling software such as Phoenix
  • Direct experience with PROTAC, molecular glue, or ADC is highly desirable
