Job Summary

Engaging directly with state and county DMV offices, the full-time remote DMV Operations Specialist will manage high-volume calls to obtain title and lien information, ensuring timely title perfection through critical thinking and data interpretation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to DMVs to verify title status, lien perfection, and correction requirements
• Interpret DMV responses and document findings accurately in internal systems to support production and resolution workflows
• Provide operational support by supplying verified information and updating internal documentation based on real-time findings

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in DMV operations or title processing
• Strong working knowledge of vehicle titling and DMV processes
• Proven ability to navigate complex external processes and handle high-volume phone interactions
• High level of accuracy and documentation discipline
• Experience with critical thinking and assertive communication in challenging situations
