Job Summary

Engaging directly with state and county DMV offices, the full-time DMV Operations Specialist will obtain critical title and lien information, navigate complex processes, and support production workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to DMVs to verify title status and lien perfection
• Interpret DMV responses and document findings accurately in internal systems
• Provide operational support by supplying verified information and updating process documentation

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in DMV operations or title processing
• Strong working knowledge of vehicle titling and DMV processes
• Proven ability to navigate complex external processes
• Experience handling high-volume phone interactions in a professional setting
• High level of accuracy and documentation discipline
