DNP Faculty Position
Job Summary
Supporting Purdue University Global's School of Nursing in the DNP program, the full-time faculty position will focus on teaching didactic and project courses, participating in service activities, and engaging in scholarship while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Teach courses within the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program, adapting to program needs and student demographics
- Participate in governance committees and mentor other faculty while leading student-focused activities
- Engage in scholarship activities, including research publication and presentation at academic meetings
Required qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in nursing or a related field
- Experience in teaching online courses and familiarity with online andragogy
- Exceptional computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
