Job Summary
A company is looking for a Full Time Faculty member for the DNP Program in the College of Nursing.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach program-specific courses, including didactic and clinical courses, while ensuring compliance with curriculum and accreditation standards
- Engage in professional development, research, and scholarship activities to maintain relevancy in the educational field
- Participate in service and administrative duties, including committee involvement and mentoring new faculty
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in nursing (DNP, Ph.D.) from an accredited institution, with DNP preferred
- National credentials as designated by state regulatory boards for teaching in a specific program
- 2-3 years of teaching experience at the doctorate or graduate level
- Experience in guiding students in evidence-based practice change
- National membership in a nursing academic or professional organization
