Docker Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Docker Support Engineer (Night Shifts).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier customer support and become an expert in Docker technologies
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques on critical problems across the Docker technology stack
• Engage with engineering teams to identify bugs and resolve technical issues

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of enterprise technical support experience at a high-growth SaaS technology company
• Experience with Docker products such as Docker Engine, Docker Hub, and Docker Desktop
• Extensive experience troubleshooting Docker technologies and SaaS products
• Familiarity with macOS, Microsoft Windows, and Linux systems
